The key in this title is Activity is UP...in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market. It does not say sales or prices are up. Interest is picking up but getting the deals thru is the key. It is like going Fishing, you have to make a lot of cast to get 1 fish. But you also never know...sometimes it can be a Trophy fish. |
